We offer free, limited first-trimester ultrasounds for women who have confirmed pregnancy with a test.

- Scans performed by a licensed medical professional certified in limited obstetrical ultrasound
- Post-ultrasound conversation to review information and next steps
What to expect at
Your Ultrasound Appointment
Please arrive about 5 minutes early. You don’t need to bring anything. A support person is welcome to attend with you.
Here’s what the process looks like:

Check-in: meet with a member of our medical team and review confidentiality.

Health review: go over recent and basic medical history.

Ultrasound: receive a limited first-trimester ultrasound to confirm pregnancy, gestational age, and location.
Afterward, the medical team member will review the ultrasound information with you, discuss pregnancy options—including abortion information—and provide resources on next steps.
